     Thursday November 2, 2006   11:00 a.m. -2:30 p.m. CST

The locations are City Utilities, 301 E. Central, Springfield, MO 65301,
Black & Veatch 15450 South Outer 40 Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63017, and
Black and Veatch, 8400 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64114. 

The cost: $70.00 for members, $80.00 for non-members, $70.00 for
public official, and $25.00 for students. Lunch is provided.

DNR approval hours will be available on the website by October 18, 2006.
Payment can be made by Master Card or Visa, cash, check, and DNR
vouchers are acceptable. Cash or check will be accepted at the door the
day of the teleconference. Please notify registration contact if you
plan to attend and pay at the door.
